The Tree Behind My House

The tree behind my house must be the tree "Jack" used to climb above the clouds and then escape down again, to run from the giant. This tree has survived 3 hurricanes. I watched it sway back and forth, to and fro from my patio during all three hurricanes. I prayed and prayed that it would not fall on our home. Instead, another, that I wasn't watching, did fall on our home. Then during the second hurricane another that I did not watch, fell in the same spot! Then in the third hurricane another fell in the front yard- all the while this tree stood and caused me the most anxiety!
Now that hurricanes are so numerous... I worry and I worry about this tree... I can't cut it down, its behind my fence on public property! See those clouds? That's Hurricane Rita reaching up to Orlando area to say "hi" while she hits the Keys. I cant wait till hurricane season is OVER.
